"Overall the hotel was very nice, but the single issue of note was that the refrigerator in the room was broken, and it took three complaints to finally get a new refrigerator installed. The one in the room was broken and leaking refrigerant. Otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were wonderful."

"Coffee served as part of complimentary breakfast was weak and tasted watered down. Service was great thanks to Laurie. Views at breakfast were lovely and peaceful. Valet parking being a requirement is unabashedly unnecessary. This is the only hotel on the island has their own pedestrian walkway so why make it a requirement for people to use valet parking?"

"The property is in the middle of the small downtown area; you can walk to shops, restaurants and bars. We were able to park across the street from property at no cost. The hotel room was quiet and clean and large enough for two. We really enjoy the rooftop bar and restaurant. The view is great."

"Hotel room was quiet and clean. we were surprised that there was a dishwasher and our name was displayed on the tv as a welcome. Guest services texted me a little after we checked in making sure we didn’t need anything. Breakfast was delicious coffee was amazing!! "

"Cleanliness: The property was well maintained and the lobby looked great. Our room was also pristine. The only place dirty was the elevator. Someone had spilled water or their ice bag was dripping and it left a ton of water and dirt on the floor. Two staff members mentioned it and walked over it without doing anything. About 30 minutes later it was mopped up. So no biggie. The lady checking us in was very personable and made checking in fun. She told us where everything was and even showed us...
