"We had a wonderful stay. Able to go swimming and happy to know we could use both pools. The room was clean. Our tv kept turning off at first but I’m sure that’s part of the ghost experience and the whispers at first then we slept good and happy to not hear other guests walking or talking in the hallways. The staff was friendly and nice! "

"Checking in was easy, area was very close to Alamo. Very easy access to the Riverwalk not far from souvenir shops plenty of places around off of the river walk to eat. Breakfast was good, room was clean, and although there was only valet parking, it was quick and convenient"

"Laura was so wonderful! However, the elevators did not work when I came a year ago and they are STILL in need of repair which makes you scared to even get on them. "

"Love staying here but the mattress are a bit outdated and sometimes hard to sleep in. But overall it was great. Breakfast is delicious as well"

"The property was amazing. Beautiful pools, lots of activities and a great unit with lots of space. The staff were friendly but did not go out of their way to help. If it was convenient and easy they would help. "

"Customer service. Excellent. Krystle and Anna. Beautiful lovely friendly phenomenal customer service etiquette. It's hard to find it now a days. No matter the time of day, they had a smile and willingness to ask and help. Swimming pool amazing! Had floats, balls, sunscreen, clean, volleyball net and balls, and hot tub was nice and hot. The hot tub didn't work, but still relaxing. Room was fantastic. Our grandbabies loved it. The sofa bed perfect for my 4 year old grandbaby. The entire hotel was...
