"Staff was friendly, bed was comfy, airport shuttle was prompt. My only complaint is that the front desk informed me that there were no gluten free options at breakfast. I suppose he meant that there was not a dedicated gluten free kitchen. I'm non-reactive, so could have had some of the hot items. By the time I discovered what the breakfast was, I had to catch the shuttle! Otherwise, all good. "

"Jenna was excellent, she leads the way in how customer service should be. I will give the hotel 10/10 because of her. It has nice new rooms, only surprising thing is the restaurant and bar close at 9pm which for a full service hotel at a major international airport is very surprising. "

"It was clean, quiet and the selection and quality of the complimentary breakfast was amazing. I was initially disappointed with the airport shuttle service upon my arrival BUT upon being apprised of the contributing extensive traffic delays I cannot hold that negatively against the hotel."

"Excellent location: driving access to many things on perimeter of 1.4miles out. The residential area on same side of highway as Holiday Inn Chicago O’Hare (5615 N Cumberland Ave) is well maintained so assume safe during day."

"The hotel is clean and well maintained. The free breakfast saved me a lot of money and time. The fitness area has missing pairs of 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells. When I mentioned this front desk, I was told the weights were missing for a long time. The weights need to be replaced. The temperature in the fitness room was locked in at 78 degrees Fahrenheit, which is too I enjoyed my stay."

"The property was easy to get to, very clean comfortable overnight stay. Plenty of parking. The staff were very nice and helpful. I arrived a little early for checkin and nothing showed available in the system. The gentleman went back and found a room for me to checkin, so I didn’t have to wait."

"Property is very nice, across from the Willis Tower. Quiet and about 10-15 minute walk to Michigan Avenue. Parking Garages in the area not built for larger SUV’s or trucks. Not many restaurant options in this area and Wells Street behind the hotel (block over) was kind of run down street. But the hotel itself was very nice and comfortable. "

"For the price of the room, I am over the moon happy with it. My room was clean , the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. I asked for some additional pillows and blankets. I was told they were in the sofa bed. When we unrolled the sofa bed it was a very very thin covering no pillows. When I went bank down they said it was after hours and they were unable to access the supplies. And petty the guide on my tv didn’t work but I was pleased and will stay there again without hesitation "
