"We booked a room (and prepaid) and called to confirm that late check-in was ok because of the repeated delays of the flight. When we got to the hotel, finally, at 2:30am, we were turned away because the hotel was overbooked and there was no room left - even the room we already paid for. It caused great inconvenience to us in the wee hours in the morning… We can’t trust this hotel."

"This is our favorite hotel to stay at when going to Lightning games. It's safe, clean, comfortable and convenient. A shuttle can take you to the arena! Parking is only $10/night - the least expensive around. Our room is always clean and quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's a high end hotel without all of the extra fees. We love it!"

"Overall everything was great experience and I will go back. However a couple of things could change; -the pots and pans. They were cheap and everything stuck to them and they were a pain to clean. -the WiFi sucked. Kept going out. -the room needed more than one garbage bag and maybe some cleaning spray. "
