"Overall good, walls a little thin.."

"Loved the location! We also loved being able to stay in a historic, beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful at both the check-in and check-out process. We truly felt welcomed right off. The room was small, but we were fine with that. The beds were very comfortable! We also had a nice view from our window. "The only complaints I have would be the penmanship of the night clerk making the room number somewhat indeciferable on the key card folder entailing a trip back to the front desk at 12:30 in the morning, not fun after a 9 hour plane ride. And then neither key card worked, entailing another trip to the desk to correct that issue. Great beyond those items."

"Right across the street from Stanford University and 7 minutes to Stanford Medical Facilities. We were greated with a warm, friendly welcome by guest services and bottles of water. Mattresses were comfortable and bedding was upscale. The facility was full and yet the rooms were well insulated and quiet. The staff also accommodated us by getting us a microwave."
