"We stayed in condo # 403 here. It was a beautiful, spacious condo. Very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable with a tv in each room. Nice balcony located directly above the swimming pool. This place is tucked away in a quiet location yet still convenient to restaurants and other activities. We felt safe here. This was probably the nicest room we have stayed in, the decor was gorgeous! "My experience was ok at the property. It was right on the beach and wasn’t to crowded with people so that was a plus. We had trouble getting in due to a maintenance problem that they had fixed. Couldn’t check in till 4PM and had to leave by 9AM. The unit was clean. I would rent it again."

"This was a very quiet place. The beach wasn't crowded just a bit windy. The residents we meet were very helpful with things to do and places to eat. Our room was clean and had a good view. I think anything above the 4 floor has a better view. Our room faced a full view of the water. Several rooms had side views. "

"The location is wonderful. Our view was great. We had shelter that was cool, a place to sleep, and a kitchen. But, the place was unclean ( used wash rag in shower and floors so dirty it turned our socks black). They are refreshing the building, so construction noise was jarring early in the morning and persisted all day. There was only one working elevator."
