Old Town Albuquerque 3 Stars Hotels

"Normally we stay at a national brand hotel. However there was something cool about the history of this place that made us make a reservation. The location is conveniently located off the highway. The front desk staff were quick to get us checked in. The room was in good condition. We got styled in for a good night sleep. The AC unit was a little loud, but kept the room cool. Breakfast area was large with plenty of room to sit. It was typical continental style breakfast. Check out was a breeze....

"Our flight was canceled due to bad weather. We have stayed at this Hyatt Place many times in the past when visiting our family. It was convenient to the airport with a shuttle that runs every 1/2 hour beginning at 4:30 am! (We caught it at 5:30 am along with several other folks.) The driver even took us down to the end near the SWA terminal. "

"The hotel was basically fine. Nice large room. Some updating and repairs needed though. The elevator has torn up shabby carpet and the hallways smelled dank and moldy. I think the Sheraton needs to invest some money into the property to take care of these things. Not a major undertaking to replace some carpets and update. The restaurant was a bit overwhelmed and understaffed, but we finally got served by a lovely woman named Edwina who took really good care of us, she was a doll! "

"Staff were very friendly. We could hear movement on the floor above which woke us about 2 am. Breakfast was sufficient. Close to I40 which was what we were looking for. Found a great restaurant nearby. "
