"Would not allow to check in at 2:20 due to check in time 3:00. Wanted to charge me to check in 40 min early. I had never had this issue. "

"At check in I asked for a room on 1st fl or lower fl bc my my use a walker, receptionist paid no attention to my ask basically stated you have a handicap accessible room that wasn’t my ask. We were placed on the 4th fl, good thing was the room was right in front of the elevator."

"This is a very nice B&B located conveniently to the attractions around Kerr Lake Reservoir . It is owned and operated by a couple from the Netherlands who sprinkle a little Dutch into the breakfast. The house was a pre-civil war Tobacco Plantation home. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and Martin, our host was very attentive and helpful. I would rate it a very good value"
