"Great location and very safe. Only vegetarian food (Fantastic). Some of the staff are new and kept coming back for review even after we just had coffee. Management makes them get 10 reviews a day. They do not think about the service before asking for the review. This was annoying, not an inconvenience. Sometimes the tables are close to food preps which made us request a change of seats. Otherwise, we would have had a very noisy dinner."

"Stay away from this hotel. The front of the hotel is falling down. The room was old with mold at the bottom of the walls. There is no management. The 2nd day when we arrived at 5 pm, the room was not done. I had to argue to get it done. The manager didn't apologize and the staff discussed between them who was going to clean the room. I will never go back to this hotel."

"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location being close to many restaurants, the market and stepwell. Our bed was raised higher to enable guests to see the fort while they lie in bed. A nice touch . Would definitely recommend "

"Wonderful experience! Small boutique hotel in old city - newly renovated. Very comfortable large room with great a/c and wifi. Bathroom was efficient with plenty of hot water. Lovely restaurant on the roof at night with great view of Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Best of all was the attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to help."

"The bathroom in the room smell horrible, and you feel like it’s a trashy public bathroom. The smell stayed consistently throughout our stay. The room is kind of dated - with dirty switches and the front lock hanging by a single bolt. The most annoying part - the rooms do not get WiFi. The network coverage is extremely bad and you have to step out of your room to get some slow network. I visited many other Havelis in Jodhpur, to eat at their rooftop restaurants, and all of them were cleaner, had more staff working, and had other people staying there. "I stayed for two nights. Overpriced resort with unimpressive service. WIFI signal is weak. No room cleaning during the two nights. Breakfast was extremely limited and it took 10 minutes to get a cup of tea. Staff was not helpful, they seemed to be more interested to serve wedding party guests. This resort was more expensive then Indana Palace in Jodhpur, but the latter is 10 times better including much better staff and much better rooms. Stay away from this resort."
