「Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. 「The staff were so friendly! The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but it was adequate for our needs. I didn’t realize the bathroom was open, and I was traveling with my nephew, so when we wanted to take a shower, each of us had to make sure that nobody came to that side of the room while we undressed. This isn’t the best hotel if you need more privacy, but we made it work. We loved how close the hotel was to shops and restaurants. We want to come back and spend more time in the area. 」
