" Nice big room with nice view from balcony in room we had. The towel and toilet paper racks needed fixing. They were loose and kept falling. Sedona is way too busy though. Even in April it was frustrating trying to get around."

"The only problem was we were on the bottom floor and kids were on the top floor. They kept running back and forth and It sounded like a heard of elephants. We complained several times to the front desk but nothing changed. We finally had to walk upstairs and confront them to get it to stop."
