"The front desk staff was amazing. All very very friendly and helpful during my stay. My only issue in the room was the A/C which seemed to make a lot of noise and probably needs maintenance. I’ve stayed at other Hyatt Places but this property was the first where I had to pay to park in the uncovered parking lot per night. Otherwise my experience overall was great!"

"Stay was great. Checkin went smooth, am front desk was very nice and professional. The rooms are smaller then they appear online. But still nice. Pm front desk not so friendly. The Pull out only comes with one pillow, called front desk and asked for another and when i said ok great, thank you! the lady just hung up on me."
