"The staff were very nice and accommodating. Outdoor swimming pool was very cloudy indicating a chemical imbalance and lack of maintenance. We Looked forward to using the pool, but decided not to based on its appearance."

"I liked that it appeared to be a fairly new facility. It was clean and breakfast amenity was very good. I didn't like that my room was only serviced once during the five days, so the trash was left to collect in small recepticals."

"My stay was great. Check in and check out was easy. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and very friendly. My room was beautiful. My only complaint is that I didn’t get the room I booked. I always book a king room, and I was put in a room with 2 queen beds."

"I stay was nice for the one night. We did have two nights booked, but we had a family large emergency and had to leave to try to catch an early flight – we also missed our opportunity meet with our realtor that day to show us property, which was the reason we went to Aiken. However, we understand the 48 hour policy things do happen and it wasn’t emergency. It wasn’t like they were lacking business and had a memorial weekend coming up. We were told we could only get a credit when we ever return....
