"I had another booking but changed 24 hours prior to arrival due to reviews. I am so glad I did! This was the most relaxed atmosphere I have experienced traveling. Front desk clerk was amazing and helpful. The building was clean, continental breakfast was pleasing, pool was clean and parking was a breeze! I will definitely be booking here again. It was 3 females alone and we felt 100 percent safe! To be a smaller place in the less expensive side this was a gem! "

"The hotel was in a good location to the Biltmore Estate. But we had to keep making left turns to get out of the hotel area.There was lots of traffic so that was a bit stressful. All considered it was a nice trip."

"The room was perfect for the three of us providing three separate sleeping accommodations. The pullout sofa bed was not very comfortable, thin and bumpy mattress. The two beds in the bedroom were extremely comfortable the space had great amenities. The tub/shower was very slippery. I asked two different individuals for a bathmat, was told they did not think they had any but would check. Client safety is important. There was extensive remolding construction taking place. "The staff was amazing. So helpful. The hotel was in remodel mode, so no bar, breakfast service. Our room needed a mirror and the suite part of the room was old looking and not inviting. Bathroom was nice tho"
