"This is my second time at this resort, they welcomed me with an elephant made from towels in my room "Welcome back" Food was good but the service at restaurant was slow and served untimely. The beach is great but service on the beach was hard to get. Transportation to and from the ferry was provided by the hotel. My only complaint is when they drop you at the ferry it is very confusing where to go. They need to provide foreigners with some instructions where to go at the pier. My GF is Thai and...

"This is my second time at this hotel. I like this hotel for its pools and beach. The property needs to be modernized. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty. The location is not near a shopping center and transportation from the hotel is a bit high. I found it difficult to get luggage out of my room, no elevator and to many stairs, not enough ramps. My GF cut her leg on a bulging tile while getting out of the pool. They removed the beach huts since my last visit. "

"AC is Very Lacking, sweated most of the night. I think they bought Boxsprings rather than Mattresses. They told me that Expedia hadn't notified them that rooms booked with breakfast. They brought in a cook from home. Pictures of Suana but they said closed because of covid. 2 years and they haven't updated this yet. No I will not return.
