"Superb place to stay if you’re going to Rock City. It’s literally next door. Great staff and a little shop of sorts selling snacks and juices to take to your room. A mean to cup coffee machine and pastry in the morning is a great touch. "

"The room was clean and tidy however the shower extractor wasn’t working also a none slip bath mat would be good and the heating could have been better and a small fridge would be good,,, the food in the restaurant was really good and friendly staff,,, all that said we would stay there again,, 4 out of 5 stars "

"We were up for a race meeting at Domnington park. We usually stay in this hotel. Clean hotel, parking no problem (but there is a £6 overnight charge), and Moretti on draft in the lobby bar. Room cost was around £190 for a double. Paaid on arrival. Check-in was swift - no queue. Room was fine - a double. We didn't eat at the Runway restaurant but we did use the lobby bar again. Service was swift there too. We didn't use the pool or spa - it was just an overnight stay with an early...

"Good mid range hotel. Room clean and spacious with a good bed. Food pretty good but hotel expensive. Staff all very professional. Only downside was noisy air conditioner over night. "

"Hotel was gorgeous, clean, smelled amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful, we had trouble with our bathroom sink tap and it was fixed super quickly. Only complaint is that drinks were a little expensive, £5 for a coffee is a lot and the alcohol more so, but it's expected for such a lovely venue I suppose. Thanks for a great weekend!"

"Gorgeous hotel, generous sized rooms, with ability to include parking with your stay Car parking is on site, and airport terminal building is a gentle 5-7 minute stroll and visible from hotel. Staff are pleasant, bar is well priced to say it’s located on an airport, and food very reasonably priced again compared to what you’d get in the terminal Buffet hit breakfast, £13 per adult if you pre pay at reception, as of last week (April 2024). "The hotel is moden and well laid out with everything you need for a stay. The rooms are large, clean and well looked after. But the biggest standout were the staff, everyone is so friendly and fo out of their way to help. Tip top service from all of them well done"

Service not great at times, ordered drinks which hadn't arrived by the time my food did so had to chase up.then the white wine whi h was £9.00 a glass was warm! £39.00 for a very average steak served with two halves of tomato and luke warm chips !
