"The cabin was beautiful. The pool room was locked and an alarm was on the pool which was great due to little ones wanting to constantly swim during our stay. The movie room equipment was easy to use. The kids loved the game room (air hockey, pool and video games). The kitchen was equipped with plates, silverware, etc… Overall our family really enjoyed the cabin and the views from the several balconies. The cabin was clean and communication with the Eden Crest, the rental company was...

"We loved the property but the bed was not very comfortable and the kitchen could use a larger pot to cook in, an additional skillet (there was only a small one) and some wine glasses. Some broken parts on the window blinds made for a slight lack of privacy. Overall it is a beautiful place and we would stay again."

"This condo was very clean and neat. It would be a little tight with four people sharing one bathroom, unless it was a family with children. The elevator was a little funky - it always stops on the first floor on the way down whether you push the button or not! Exit is at B. But, at least there is an elevator! The accommodations were very nice, just BEWARE of the large Property Fee added to the seemingly low nightly price."

"Plenty of space for everyone. Kids & adults loved the amenities in the home. The location outside of Gatlinburg was nice. Coffee shop close by was very friendly. Wish there was a little more communication before arrival. Beds need updated - too squishy for anyone over the age of 40 or with back issues. "
