"Great hotel stay! Love the vibe and museum! Quiet, comfortable and clean. Love that they use mattress covers. Helped give me peace of mind. Staff was super friendly. Only downfall was that parking was expensive and didn’t realize there was a $100/night fee for incidentals. "

"This place is SO worth the money! Will absolutely be back. Avoid Landry's seafood though. Not worth the price at all. Favorites were the aquarium (got to pet sharks, jellyfish, and stingrays), the train shed for food (drinks and bruschetta were incredible), and the grand hall show. Food at the station grille was meh. "

"It was quiet and next to the convention center. It is a bit outdated. But it was a good stay. "

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."

"The only complaint I have is the room didn’t have very many usb ports, and the 2 they had wasn’t compatible with my phone. Otherwise everything else was good"
