“We stayed in a 2 bed premium cottage. It was wonderful. Nicely decorated, high ceilings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very quiet! Resort and pool area was excellent. ”

“The Formosa house was very clean and spacious for my family of 9 . The rooms are spacious and each had their own bathroom except for the two theme rooms that had a shared bathroom but it was very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need. The host was very fast to response with any questions. Definitely will be staying here again. We loved our stay here ”

“Horrible ait and switch • Stain in the garage/playroom upon arrival • Basketball game damaged and held together with duct tape • Foosball table broken • Pool – the primary reason we booked – was unusable, heater “broken” • Garbage disposal not working (only item addressed after property manager visit) • Lack of communication on repairs, including pool heater, replacement of Rusty pool furniture, broken rope lights and sorely needed pool patiopressure cleaning • No updates provided on issue……

“THE GOOD: The place is great, beautiful, and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. THE BAD: The check-in process is HORRIBLE because of the to may steps of registering with them. You have to go through a process that is like an exhaustive background investigation done by the FBI. Be prepared to provide a lot of PERSONAL INFORMATION. Additionally, too many steps to finally been able to check in.”

“Look , if you like peace and quiet , access to nice things, This is the place to stay ! Short drive to Disney , seaworld , and universal . The place was super clean , the AC was perfect, the washer and dryer a huge plus ! These people really know how to host ! I can’t wait to comeback ”
