“First room smelled like urine, second room was slightly better but did not feel as clean as it could be. Received random charges two days after my stay and was accused of smoking (I am literally 5 months pregnant). They reversed the charge but still extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. The pool ran out of towels. The family pool was full of moms popping bottles and not watching their kids despite a no glass rule at the pool. Overall it’s really unkept and lacks care.”

“I wasn’t sure if it was your maintenance guy (he looked liked one) that was hanging around the pool, but he was very unprofessional. There were some ladies in the regular chairs, the guy goes up to them and takes them to the vip daybeds….and for the next hour he gets them drinks and chats with them the whole time to the point it’s noticeable. I usually don’t care but what really bothered me is that he proceeds to come to me and tell me that “im going to need you not to move the umbrellas”….mind……

“Staff were accommodating and polite, but property needs a little TLC. This historic property smells a bit old and rusty but the bed was clean and comfy. I didn't care for the refillable bath products due to sanitary issues but that's just me! Location is safe and convenient to restaurants. I give it three stars ☆☆☆”

“The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call……

“Staff were nice, but the room was a mess. The AC was super noisy and the smoke alarm went off at 5 AM for no reason, which was terrifying. The desk lamp and the room phone were both broken, we had to walk down to the lobby just to talk to the staff. Overall a pretty bad experience.”

“This property was so cute! They had great drinks by the pool. The beds were comfy and we had great customer service. You don’t need to rent the cabanas. They are first come first serve”
