「The room was excellent! Very spacious, clean, modern, bed was very comfortable. Everything about the hotel was excellent with the exception of the food. Food was ok. It needed more variety at the buffet specifically. They need more restaurants cause wait time was often long. Didn’t like the hostess service at the Turtle restaurant. They were not friendly at all. 「We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. 「My first time at a resort and it was relaxing to say the least. The beach is so close and the food options were great. La cevicheria was my favorite! The seafood there was so fresh and flavorful. The staff is also very friendly! Francisco the bartender was such a great vibe! The only downside to the resort is that the pools close at 8pm so we couldn’t have a night swim but aside from that, it was great! 」
