「Our stayed at the Lido Beach resort was wondeful. It was easy to communicate with the hotel staff through text messages . The pool and beach staff was amazing . From getting chairs, towels, putting up beach umbrella and making sure our drinks and food getting to us fast . We love how easy it’s to get to the beach . The kids love the free ice cream and the heated pool. We would definitely come back . 」

「The employees make this hotel. From the greeting at the valet to Alice at reception we felt very welcome. One afternoon we called because our television wouldn’t turn on. We called the desk and Jonathan said he would send up Javier who reset the tv and we were able to watch some Olympics. My friend asked if their afternoon cookies were done and Jonathan said they would be done in a few minutes and he actually ran a few up to our room.
