"Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back."

"Beautiful property and gardens, lovely and quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, and a very reasonable rate."

"The hotel rooms are really nice, the view from the 18th floor is pretty decent with the city lights at night. Valet parking during the stay was about 45 dollars at night come and go as you please. Self parking was around 30 dollars maximum I think, but you gotta pay every time you leave the parking lot, so if you plan to go in and out look into valet. The pool closes at 8 and there is no room service if you get hungry late late at night. The staff are wonderful and friendly. "

"We were in town for a concert at Bank of America Stadium. This property was perfect for our weekend stay! The area was quiet, comfortable and conveniently located. We used a ride share for most of our outings but we were able to walk back after the concert (30 minutes) and felt safe. Our unit had a few dings and scratches here and there but was very clean and included lots of nice little touches (soaps, detergents, several coffee choices w/ condiments, iron, hairdryer, etc.).
