"Evenings were VERY noisy from the freeway traffic and only 1/3 of the elevators were operational, while the remaining elevators were VERY slow. Also there is plenty of close parking but I was instructed by the hotel staff that the self parking was full which was not true"

"Quirky concept that didn't quite pull it off. A bit schizophrenic between overtly campy English themed decor to something that maybe took itself a little more seriously than one would expect. Reasonably clean but mildly dog-eared throughout. The pool was closed (empty) and we were told we could go out to the deck to lounge (and have a drink, etc.) but when we tried our key cards to get out to the poolside and tents, the door wouldn't open.
