"We were one the 8th floor, the houskeeping staff was excellent. Must say, these rooms are very small."

"Room cleaning was lacking. Body hair in the bathroom the whole stay, growing in quantity. Discovered, when I arrived at night, that they left the patio door open after I’m assuming they cleaned the room."
