"Expedia MESSED up my reservation BAD (long story) we spent HOURS in the office going back and forth on the phone with Expedia, our phones were dieing, it had been a LONG day... Even though we were frustrated and exhaust, the lady at the front desk let us charge our phones, grab a warm cup of coffee and remained calm and helpful. Anyone else in her situation would've been super irritated."

"I have stayed many times at this location. So many that I have my favorite rooms. Although it is obviously an older hotel, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff has always been quick to solve any issues. Great Wifi . Satellite TV . Dennys next door , 2 convenient stores within walking distance. It is a pet friendly hotel , always a dog or two , and I finally saw a couple of cats. Daily room cleaning if you don't put up the do not disturb sign. I often see airline employees...

"Although I had to clean the room when I got here. Isnt 90 buck too much specifically because I had to do my own cleaning. (And while I’m here that’s what I will do no maid service needed cause evidently they can’t clean) and the remote doesn’t control the volume of the tv the tv has no buttons. It’s a place to lay my head until I can find a house. "
