“Everything was more than I expected. The room was clean, big, and in the perfect location in the building. When I go back to Miami I would only like to stay here. You will not be disappointed!”

“Location great, but room decor/furniture a bit tired. Main issue is larger rooms are directly on a walk-way Balcony over the entrance court yard. This means constant loud music from the front restaurant which takes up the entrance court yard, and there are two loud speakers just beneath on the wall, a few metres from the room. Not acceptable under any circumstances.”

“Do not book this place ,do not be fulled by the pictures, the place is under construction, lots of noise Scaffold going up and down your windows , the pool is closed. The apartment has bedbugs( bedroom bed)my wife and kids all had skin irritations, I booked this place for 10 days they did not disclose all problems so we had to move out in 5 days and book another hotel, they ruined our vacation When I tried to contact the host the did not respond to my text and kept ignoring the message. “The rooms were perfect, it was like I was staying in a small apartment. I love that the rooms came with a washer and dryer. Didn’t have to travel back home with dirty laundry. The staff was nice. The pool area was nice and beautiful. It would be a place that I would choose to stay at again.”

“The hotel & staff were very nice what I had a problem with was the host said there would be a key fob available in the unit so we could use the amenities, well we went to the pool but couldn’t get in, went down to concierge and they let us know we needed a key fob to get into the pool. We called tbe host & he said it was in the room, we looked everywhere and let him know it was not, he said since it was the weekend no one could come and look for the key fob in the room till after 2 p.m he no one……

“Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside. The mattress was an issue because it was worn and had a sink in the middle. I had to use the cushions to help to keep me level on the bed to avoid back pain. The mattress in Room 2……

“Superb hotel in a great area with excellent customer service. Check in was simple via email. The room was big, light and airy with all of the amenities you would expect. My party encountered a very minor issue at check in where we couldn’t access the back door from the car park using the issued code. A two minute walk to the front door and we gained access to the property. A representative called and I only mentioned this incident casually and they bent over backwards to make amends for……
