"This hotel was really good value for money. I would not bother paying for the breakfast as this was over priced. The rooms were clean and comfortable but it did say that it will be changing to a premier inn soon and the rooms will all be having a make over. I would stay here again if returning to Newcastle."

10/10 Excellent
"A lovely short stay. The property is accurately described. The view was amazing. Ajay was a really responsive host and communication was good. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. "
"Third time staying in these cottage's, think that says it all. Hillary is a lovely host and the cottage had everything we could have asked for. I’m sure we will be back "
"The property was clean and convenient for Beamish where I was working but there was a lot of empty beer cans and rubbish in the back yard, there was only 5 bath towels so no extra to change these if needed and only one hand towel and floor towel in tbe bathroom, I asked for more along with a couple more cups as there was only 3 but the cleaners didn’t turn up to address this, maybe a quick visit by the owners to assess what else is needed for five people might help but over all a pleasant stay thank you and yes I would stay again😊"
