“Just a very relaxing and easy time away- the sweet cottage, complete with everything we needed, was perfect. And the peaceful beach directly across the road from it, was pretty special too. “The cottage was cute, cozy, and in a great location—just a short walk from the parking lot and about three minutes down a path to a quiet, uncrowded beach. While the beach was peaceful, it was quite rocky and had a lot of seaweed. The cottage deck gets full sun most of the day as the awning isn’t functional. “This little cottage was a terrific place to stay. Check in and checkout was simple. It was nice to have a kitchen and grill available. David was a terrific host. Very responsive and helpful. The cottage is in a great location. You can walk to almost anywhere you want to go. The beaches are a bit far to walk to, but the PTown shuttle is free, dog friendly and convenient. We took it to the beach several times. We had a great stay.”

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
