"Clean nice room. Short walk to both our dinner and breakfast spot. Had a bar, super easy to get to car, and snacks available too. What more could you want. Did not use the restaurant so can’t speak to it. Cute trendy clean place. The button was missing on the throw pillow and it looked crappy so I’d get rid of that. But that’s nothing."

"From the outside I was scared a lot of homeless people. But when you walk inside the hotel nothing but great things to say from staff to the cleanliness of the hotel was awesome. walking distant to the MGM casino walk out hotel make a left keep walking until you get to Third make a right and you are there. Parking is $30 a day you can come and go freely that is the only reason I would take a half star away."

"Great location and has a restaurant same building. Valet parking only. Unsure where they park the cars if it’s an open lot nearby or a garage. The room was a good size for us two. Nice size bathroom also. The A/C kept going being to its auto temperature which was high 60s which for us was too cold. Kept adjusting it back to 70/72. We never ordered room service. This is an old office building I think. A older building in general. Though it’s charming. It has thin walls. You can hear people in the hallway, you can hear people using their hangers. I wish they had light filtering and black out curtains. They only hand black outs. But I wanted the sun to wake me up. Our room had a red light display outside our window. Which I think it’s good to help people sleep, it didn’t help me sleep but I didn’t want to black out the windows. The duvet needed to be clean though. There were blood like stains which was unpleasant. We didn’t notice until the next morning since it was wrapped in sheets. But a really nice boutique hotel."
