"Charlotte is a halfway point for us to visit our grandkids in Atlanta. We had tried several Comfort Inn’s in the area and well, let’s just say we weren’t impressed. This Marriott however was significantly better at a similar price and we will use them from now on. Very comfortable room and bed, thick towels, water was hot and plentiful, quiet. "

"Me and my love made this places our yearly tradition. We stayed in the oldest cabin our first trip which was phenomenal and really did not leave the resort because everything from the beach and fishing was right there in walking distance this time we tried a different cabin which was cabin 4 and it left us waiting to come again even though it was not as spacious as the last one it was quite cosy and had beach view from our windows. Cabins are always clean and if your looking for a quite time away from alot of people loud music and everyday worries this is the place dor you had again a recharge thanks to long cove ...and stores are 19 mins away and restaurants 10 mins so you cant go wrong "
