"The property was beautiful, clean and well stocked. It was as advertised - and even better in person! The location is perfect - so many things within walking distance. We made the trip to Bowing Rock with our two adult children - just for some family time. This property was the perfect place for us - comfortable for watching football, playing games, cooking daily meals - and walking to many awesome restaurants in the area. We hope stay again soon."

"This condo is right in town and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was clean and cozy in the nicest way. The beds with very comfortable and both bedrooms have small but up to date bathrooms. The decorating was stylish and appropriately mountain cute. The hosts were friendly and attentive. Check in and out was easy. We highly recommend and will stay again."

"This was a perfect location and GREAT space for a family trip. All essentials and more. Clean and truly looked just like the photos. We would recommend to families traveling to the area. We actually booked this, and the townhouse right next door and it really made it comfortable for all of us. Parking is easy and having a restaurants and shops so close, made it easy to please all the people with us. "

"This downstairs condo in a 4 unit cabin style condo met our expectations and was just 10 to 15 mins into Boone which is well worth visiting. We particularly enjoyed the rural setting and the short walk around the lake."

"The folks that manage the property were so personal and friendly. Very helpful. The area is well marked so you know where to take care of trash, find extra parking...etc. Very quiet location and feels secluded but you're only minutes away from grocery store. Beautiful area and we hope to return in the near future."

"We got into town late in the day after driving 8 hours. Attended my son's college graduation then had to check into cabin around 9pm that evening. We were disheartened that we had no where to park. Parking area at the cabin was barely big enough for 3 cars and there were three there when we arrived. We had to park down the hill which wasn't an issue but when we awoke the next morning there were three other cars in the cabin parking area. So a total of 6 vehicles, all parked behind and in front...

"Myself and 2 friends stayed comfortably at this location. Upstairs loft is open and may not be ideal for small children, however the space worked well for 3 adults."

"We enjoyed our short stay over Labor Day weekend. Cabin was for the most part just as described. Was stocked with everything we needed and paper goods were intially provided, which I didn't think would be so we brought some with us. Check out time is 10am which is a little early but we were out by 9am anyways to get to the river to go tubing. Would not recommend staying here if the temps get over 80 degrees since there is no A/C (in our particular cabin at least) The mountain breeze does flow...
