"Perfect location when travelling with children. I would highly recommend the location. The pool was fun at night and the hot tub was great for the adults to enjoy after a long day skiing. The restaurant in Caribou Highlands had great service and the staff was very friendly. The food was also good. The accommodations were great beds were comfortable. Nice big shower in the room. "

"Great location, good amenities, shower pressure was top notch but parking is very limited, we were there during winter when snow piles leaving less than a hand full of parking spots. There was just enough snow to block the deck door, making it inaccessible. I wish we could have enjoy the deck since that’s an extra $ and was above 40 during the day. The entry door was loud and we could hear other guests coming and going at 2a.m., maybe some DW can fix that."

"The property is in a beautiful location. The condo we stayed in was very cold and there seemed to be an insulation problem in the entry way. There was a heater in each bedroom but the bathroom was freezing. The condo was a bit dated but had a great view of the lake. "

"Front desk is not staffed 24 hours - we called ahead about a late check in and were told an envelope with our keys would be ready for us so we’d be able to get to our room as soon as we got in - when we got there (not too late, maybe 10 or 11pm) there was an envelope for us but it did not have our keys, just a note stating to dial a number on the white phone in the entryway to be let in to the building, we dialed it 5 times and no one came for us, I had to call the front desk in order for someone to finally hear it and let us in, the room was fine but I wouldn’t say it was worth what we paid for it "
