“We loved it here. The family cabin (casa bamboo) was fantastic and there was loads of room for our party of nine to sleep. The walk to the waterfalls is included in your stay and it was really interesting with lots of waterfalls and hanging bridges on the way. You have to bear in mind that it is remote and you need to be transported to the accommodation using their 4x4's but you can just message them on WhatsApp and they come and get you instantly. “Wow!! This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The staff was incredible and were so supportive and accommodating to EVERYTHING we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure this was the best vacation ever! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and they made sure it was so perfect! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! “We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Check-in was extremely easy, the free breakfast was fresh and service was great. The AC was great and staff responds super fast using their WhatsApp. Location is amazing as it’s super close to El Salto and the waterfall but avoids the noise of downtown La Fortuna. “The perspective of Vulcan Arenal was perfect from this perfectly situated property. Great food ranging from Costa Rican to international, available throughout the day. I preferred their salt water pool to staying at a different resort which featured thermal pools- then we chose to drive back to eat here once more- so good. Just know in advance that you may not drive to your room; must take a jitney.”
