“We stayed at this resort in early June and had a mixed experience. The biggest positives were the staff and atmosphere. Every employee we encountered was friendly, hardworking, and eager to help. Although there was sometimes a language barrier, their hospitality made a strong impression. The property itself is showing its age. Many areas felt outdated, and several fixtures appeared to need maintenance. Compared with other all-inclusive resorts we’ve visited, this one felt more worn. The food……

“I had a pillow in the room that was dirty upon arrival. I placed it to the side so the pillowcase would get changed the following day. That did not happen. It kept getting placed back on the bed with the dirty side up. Food was disappointing except for the hibachi. Service was not great except for the Italian restaurant. Pool was nice.”

“Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. ”

“Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!”

“Everything about this resort was top notch. The premier package was such a great deal- the food, drinks, activities, and space was all worth it. We had friends over on the palace side (for families) and it was also amazing to have access to the amenities there. You never have to leave the resort unless you want to do an excursion, but they’ll pick you up in the lobby!!! Can’t say enough good things about this trip. And for sure get a shuttle/ride from the airport to resort and back and give……

“I received great service. Entire staff was beyond helpful even with the language barrier at times. From the front desk to the house keepers. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend staying here again and again. Safe, friendly, clean. I even accidentally left my door wide open one day and was gone the entire day. Nothing was disturbed. Walking distance to stores. Excursions pick you up right in front of the building. It gets no better.”

“Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff.”

“A beautiful paradise surrounded by palm trees and crystal-clear water. The pool area was especially impressive, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, although the coffee could have been better.”
