GREAT HOUSE FOR A FAMILY VACATION

7 of us for a week at this beautiful location. Very safe area and house is located in a good part of the residence villas. Close to beach club and on a nice street. Loved that the house was a single level. We would rent this again in the future.

Great house, great location, great concierge service - just needs little TLC

We loved our stay at Casa Ballena so much last year that we booked the same house again this year. The house is perfect for our family (parents, 4 adult children and one girlfriend) and we love the Beach Club at Punta Ballena. We always find our hosts to be super responsive and very helpful, including in doing a pre-stock shop and booking a boat trip. My only criticism is that the house could use a little love - too many burned out light bulbs, thin, stained or fraying beach towels, frat-house quality cookware, old fashioned bedding and a washing machine that needs replacing. All those things are easily fixed and would help elevate the house back to the "luxury" category.

Great Stay

This is a very belated review for our stay in March 2023 but I realized I had not posted anything and wanted to acknowledge what a great stay we had. The house was exactly as described. Ronnie and his team were extremely easy to work with and very responsive and we would definitely book again. Thanks for a great vacation!!
