We stayed in the beachfront room with plunge pool. The view was unbeatable from our room and it's well worth the price. We also loved the fact that the hotel wasn't too crowded and we could get around easily. But we did face some issues as well - -We hung some of our beachware out to dry overnight in the balcony and those were stolen. I reported it to the front desk but didn't get much help except for an apology. -The food at the buffet and the a la carte restaurants were all very bland and didn't taste good at all. -The air-conditioning in the room was loud and constantly woke us up in the middle of the night. Overall there's lots of room to improve still.

This is a simple resort--narrow hallways, only a few restaurants, towel cards required, no lotion provided, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice pool with actual warm hot tubs, very rare in Mexico! It's cozy. It's more the size of a normal hotel than a resort. The food was okay to good. Drinks were strong and good quality. One restaurant is right over the ocean--excellent views here. Would definitely stay again if I needed a short stay in Cancun.

Room was very clean and housekeeping was great. Service in restaurants and food in general was awful. Ate off resort more than we did on. Bar staff were good but drinks weren’t the best(Don’t ask for a martini). The lobby has a very strong smell as well which was quite overwhelming.

Few minor things, Our Kleenex wasn’t restocked when the room was cleaned. The toilet pressure wasn’t very good and the sink didn’t drain well. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony that didn’t work, it wouldn’t hold water at all and kept draining. The staff were great, and the hotel overall was fun and it was a nice place to stay. The drinks were were typical for an all inclusive and the food was good in some a la cartes, and decent at the buffet.
