"Everyone that we dealt with from David the manager that was on top of trying to help us out anyway he could. The servers we had different ones since we went in a group for our cousin’s wedding they were all great. The cleaning lady that I didn’t get her name was so helpful and nice always asking what was needed as well as Josefa and Fabiola that did the entertaining part by the pool they were great. "There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "
