「The hotel is conveniently located, and the property itself looked clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned properly. When we arrived, there was garbage left in the bins, a paper bag beside the couch from the previous guest, and hair on the bed sheets. The washroom, however, was clean. We reported the issue to the front desk, and Zach was extremely helpful and professional. He sincerely apologized and immediately offered us another room. Unfortunately, the second room...

「Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The beds had normal size pillows, and duvets. The stay was fine, front desk and staff were very nice. But even with the air condition on in the room for some reason it was extremely humid and muggy in the room. More so than outside. the weather was great.
