She made the process easy, was personable and friendly, responsive and I enjoyed meeting her and having a conversation about the area. It was very informative! Overall, an excellent choice. I travel extensively for my work, so I have points and status at multiple large hotel chains. However, Matlacha on Shoreview is exactly the type of place I like to stay when not working. It's a place I will return to again and one that I am almost reluctant to talk about because I want to keep it a secret! "
