"We chose the downtown Kimpton location, because I wanted to avoid large resort fees. The staff couldn't have been any kinder! My only note is that the rooms (we rented 2 rooms), seemed to show some wear & tear on the furniture. The bench had a large stain on it & the furniture had nicks on it. Other than that, the rooms were clean."

"Generally all was pleasant about this downtown Phoenix lodging EXCEPT there was NO elevator so we had to lug our heavy load up to the 2nd floor. We were pleased that there wasn't breakfast offered because we wanted to eat at Matts Big Breakfast nearby...best bacon I've ever eaten!"

"Super 8 apparently sold this property to Valley Inn. When I showed up, I was informed that they did not have my reservation, even though Expedia charged my card and sent me a confirmation email. Neither Super 8 nor Expedia informed me. Absolutely terrible and unacceptable communication."

"The units are clean, big and staff do a good job with what they have. The outside area is not premium as for vagrants but the area is close to a lgbtq community."

"The staff was the best things here other then that the cleanliness was below average and the noise was the worst I constantly heard the person up stairs with every move they made and it was hard to sleep or get peace! Overall I would say it’s a two or one out of 5 but the staff and service boast it’s up a start or two "
