The unit was clean, modern, and had an incredible view. The customer service team was responsive in the rare case there was an issue. Blueground generally does a good job with the units - I like them enough to have booked them again.The only complaint was that they claimed a need to withhold some of my security deposit. However their customer service team was responsive and refunded the full deposit after discussion. Be sure to take pics or a video as you leave.
