“We stay here at these 2 times a year. Comfortable beds, clean rooms , pool & hot tub are wonderful.”

“Bugs in the room”

“Nice rooms, good customer service. The pool and spa were clean. Only complaints were no coffee pot in the rooms, vending machines are cash only. They offer a continental breakfast that consists of weak coffee, hard boiled eggs, toast and crackers. It’s nearby many food places you can get food and coffee. Overall would stay there again.”

“People outside smoking next to the building, with signs that said no smoking. 😟😷”

“Overall, we were very happy with our experience. The place was just as we expected. The directions of exactly where it was at, weren’t the greatest, but we figured it out.”

“What amazing home. The attention to detail is amazing. It’s like staying in a museum! Because it is an older home be prepared for smaller bathrooms. Even though they are smaller they are still beautiful and able to be used for their purposes. The bedrooms are so cozy and the beds were sooo comfortable! The hosts are so friendly and helpful and want to make your stay wonderful. The home and the host home are on the same property. We never had the tv on because we were so enthralled with the……

“We loved staying in this Tiny Home. It was clean and cute, in the country but very close to shopping and restaurants in Nixa. We wanted something different from a cookie-cutter hotel and we were not disappointed. It is less than 20 mins from Springfield attractions and about 45 from Branson. Our host kept us updated on all check in and check out procedures. Don’t let the ladder to the loft scare you - the bed is so comfy and the view is also nice. 5 stars in my book - no complaints!”

“The place was quiet and relaxing. Really nice amenities. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely recommend to friends!”

“This was a wonderful home away from home. I haven’t been impressed with the hotels in Ozark and this wasn’t that much more expensive for a quiet, clean, and comfortable home. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Ozark!”

“Family friendly property that is easy to get to. Communication as to getting into the property as well has check out instructions could have been better communicated.”

“Great space that is exactly as listed, and convenient to local shops and attractions. Wonderful host who is very accommodating. Parking is very convenient and there is an awesome coffee shop called GW right next door. Also, there is a hidden gem called Sands Cafe right down the road that has great breakfast options. You can’t go wrong with this stay.”

“THIS PROPERTY IS VERY QUAINT; IT WAS PERFECT FOR US. IF YOU WANT OFF THE BEATEN PATH, PEACEFUL, BUT NOT FAR FROM TOWN, THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL. VERY COZY. WE WILL DO THIS PLACE AGAIN.”

“The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. Plenty to do in the area as well. 10/10 would recommend this place. ”

“This was a great place for us to finish our trip to Branson and Payne’s Valley. House was like new. One thing you need to know is you can’t drive up to the tree house. You park below and walk up a very nice wood walkway. If your handicap this could be challenging. ”

“Everything was perfect! This will definitely be our go-to for any future stays in the Springfield area! It was only a ten minute drive to Springfield. The privacy was totally worth the extra driving! Definitely 10/10, 5 STAR, 100% satisfaction!”

“Great house!”

“Our stay here was excellent. The property has a nice yard with a fire pit even though we didn’t get the time to use it. The location was great for going to Springfield and also Branson. The property was nicely equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The showers had good strong pressure. Which is very important to my husband after a long day of driving. We would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“This was perfect for our crew. We were in the area for baseball. Sands up the road was great for breakfast. The view of all the fireworks from the back deck was a bonus! Would recommend, and we will remember this if we should come back to the area.”
