"Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room. "Minimalist structure and decor but clean and serviceable. A little more to the outskirts of the Fort Worth arts district than expected. Expedia description said breakfast was available but it isn't."

"I haven’t stayed at that good of a hotel in a long time. This iconic hotel may be well over 120 years old but you won’t find a cooler place to stay if you are visiting the Stockyards. I love the fact they still give actual keys to your hotel room. From the valet parking to hotel check-in and the onsite H-3 Ranch restaurant, it’s so convenient to stay here and the price is cheaper than the big chain hotels!! I’ll be staying here again. "
