「We spent 5 weeks here in Boulder. The unit is great for 2 people with fully equipped kitchen, living room area with giant tv, and a nice king bed. Great location in walking distance to Pearl Street Mall in one direction and Peoples Crossing Park, trails and Boulder Creek in the other. Had a few very minor glitches when we first arrived- hosts were great with communicating and getting everything fixed immediately!」

「We absolutely loved this home. It had everything we could possibly ask for in a vacation home. The rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. The back deck was a nice place to relax and enjoy the mountain view. The hosts provides a variety of streaming channels for the family to relax at the end of the day. Location was easy to find and close to a variety of restaurants. Downtown was close as well. It was great to have a designated parking spot. We would highly recommend this home to anyone...

「Conveniently located, very clean, perfect home away from home with our lab. Only issue was my spouse is over 6ft tall both beds were very small limiting the quality of sleep. Everything else was very good thank you.」

「This is a tired, old condo complex and unit. The carport is falling apart as well. We arrived on a cold/rainy evening and found all of the windows in the unit opened about three inches. It was cold and damp in the unit and couldn't understand why the property manager had opened the widows before we had arrived. 「We came here for a softball tournament. It was a good fit for three of us. We chose this house to allow us to have a place to cook. There’s alot of neighborhood movement all hours of the night. There’s also a dumpster in front of the house for public use. Therefore, there’s almost always someone out front. It was very convenient for the ball fields.」

「My husband and I were in Boulder to attend our son’s graduation from CU. We could not have chosen a property at a better location. Right next to Pearl Street. Walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants, and an extensive system of hiking trails. The home is bright, clean, and comfortable… and even though it is near all the action, it is quiet and peaceful. As a bonus, there’s a great view of the mountains from the deck.
