"Nice hotel outside of the busy CBD. We picked this hotel due to its location. Having the train line right next door made traveling to/from the airport and checking out the city very convenient. The room was small but clean. We did not get the room upgrade we hoped for. Lots of great restaurants around. The hotel is older but I found it charming!"

"Close to Wrigley Stadium but still very quiet. Near several transportation options - trains and buses. Area is walkable and lots of restaurants block or two away. Staff is nice and areas are kept clean. Fridge and kitchen available."

"Great communications from host.Great location for Wrigley events, access to the Loop, Evanston, etc.As others have mentioned, the property is a bit dated but very clean. It can also be loud and brightly lit after midnight.Beds are comfortable, had hot water for 4 adults over our stay."

"Great location. Very clean. Secure building. Walkable neighborhood's. Very nicely redone apartment. It’s a bit noisy with the upstairs floors creaking and outside sirens, but also those are the sounds of the city to be expected. Earplugs provided. "We had a great stay at this cozy apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Brian was helpful when I arrived and had trouble with the door. The location is fantastic, a short walk to Wrigley Field and, if you're up for it, a longer walk to the lakefront down Addison. In the opposite direction and steps away, there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, a historic fine arts theater and shopping on Southport. Uncommon Ground on Clark Street has excellent food and drinks, kind servers and friendly patrons. The beds were comfortable with lots of extra blankets if you need them. We didn't use the coffee maker or teapot, but if you plan to do so, you might want to bring your own bottled water. "
