“The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

“This hotel was very clean. Room was updated and comfortable. AC worked excellent! Convenient location to DE and OC. Front desk lady was rude at check in and when we called to ask questions! Room needs black out curtains that reach ceiling; the sun woke us at 5:30am every morning!”

“I didn’t like anything. I was given a room that smell like a dirty ashtray. I requested to be moved since I suffer from asthma and the front desk was very nice and moved me from the second floor to the third floor with same issues. 😡😤😖”
