「People entering elevator that clearly are not staying there asking you to swipe your card for them. Found a random bag sitting in the lobby and the staff seemed unfazed. I left my Garmin charger and noticed it after I left hotel, called immediately which was before check out time and no one would help me. I left several messages with Brayden the Operations Manager and he never returned my call. Apparently the staff stole my charger which is unsettling.」

「The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.」

「Check in was a breeze. Only negative was the store and Applebees closed too early for our liking.」

「From the moment my daughter and I arrived we were treated like valued guests. This hotel is generally out of our range but we wanted to splurge a little. The entire staff, especially the front door staff and the doorman made us feel like we’re invited anticipated guests. Room was incredible and clean. Bed was luxurious. Location was excellent for our event at St Andrew’s Hall. We felt safe and spoiled!」

「Valet was great We had 3 couples all loved their room. Location was great near the riverfront, Commerica Park, Hockeytown Cafe. Had a fun time at Tommys. The people mover is right across the street Will be back」
