"For the price, it is very good. The AC was fairly quiet and effective.Let me tell you, this place was impressively clean — spotless in a way you don’t see very often. You walk in and immediately notice how well everything is taken care of. The staff? Fantastic people, incredibly attentive, and they make you feel like you’re the most important guest in the building. The rooms were a very solid size, plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. And the bed — unbelievably soft. The kind of soft where you lie down “just for a minute” and suddenly it’s morning. Truly excellent. Overall, a strong stay. Clean place, great people, comfortable rooms. Hard to beat. "

"Awesome beautiful Property with super delicious breakfast. Staff was good too. Juat that we had to wait 1.5 for check-in after 4pm which was about 5:40pm that was a lil bump as kids were super tired and the Staff at the reception kept saying he does not know the estimated time for the room availability. Rest all, great trip."

"Tons of kids activities that are either free or a relatively low cost, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The pools were nice and warm and our newly renovated unit was beautiful inside!"

"Property overall very nice and convenient. The shuttle service never answered so expect to walk if you are staying in the cottages, but it was still a nice walk to the resort. Make sure to bring your own towels if you are going to the waterpark as hotel nor park provide them. "

"Not impress with the staff regarding them trying to sell me one of there timeshares however since I don't have a husband I didn't qualify for the gifts. Single mothers are very successful on there own and don't always need a man. So being judged by that did not sit well. "
