“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“We absolutely loved our stay. The staff makes "Excellence, Excellent. I truly hope the Owners/Franchise/CEO takes care of the individuals who work for them, without them it wouldn't be what it is. Although everyone was AMAZING a few names stood out to us Beni, Jonathan, Edwin (Servers) Neicy (Host) & Jesus & Hector Front desk. All of them made our trip feel so special & truly "Thank" them for that. We loved all the food/restaurants this resort had to offer. Spice was our favorite! 10/10……
